The staff really stood out, they were friendly and made my birthday celebration special with a personalized card and delicious chocolate candy. The location was great for nearby shopping, making it easy to grab essentials during my seven-night stay. The facility felt clean and quiet, perfect for relaxation after a long day.

The only downside was some slightly inconsistent water pressure in the shower.

Had an amazing time staying with friends! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore both Alcatraz Island and the San Mateo County Event Center. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Don’t forget to check out kayaking for a fun afternoon. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient base with plenty of activities nearby.

The two queen room was spacious , and the bedding was comfortable, I mean, I never wanted to leave that bed. The hot shower was like a warm embrace , seriously the best I ever experienced.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but honestly, for the comfort it delivered, I can’t complain too much.
